[iCoD] Concept
The idea is simple, gather as many Call of Duty fans as humanly possible, creating a massive Call of Duty user based support system. A massive PS3 CoD clan. We cover every game in the Call of Duty series. All the way from the first Call of Duty back in 2003 up to MW3. Join us. Even if you're already in a clan, you can enroll entire clans into iCoD. This will help get your clan recognized, and your clan can continue to wear their tag. There will be enough core iCoD members wearing the tag to make up for it.
[iCoD] Roster Concept
Whenever you join, you are always a member. Yes, you could avoid the clan at all costs and just be done, but clan mates may still ask for your help. If they do, please help if you have the time. Again, this is the point of this clan. To give the masses of Call of Duty a support system. At any time, you can recruit, you can put together a clan raid, and you are encouraged to add as many people on the roster list as possible. That's why it's there!
Invite System
The point of being in this clan is doing clan raids. We will eventually be filling lobbies of Ground War with our tag! You are not required to wear the [iCoD] tag outside of clan raids, but it is encouraged! This rule is enforced so whole clans can join [iCoD]. The invite system is simply this... When playing any Call of Duty game online, and you see that clan mates are online, invite them! Use the buddy system!

Call of Duty XP
Activision is ready to take Call of Duty to the next level with Call of Duty XP 2011, a two-day gathering promising "total Call of Duty immersion" at a "secure 12-acre compound in the urban confines of Los Angeles." Eric Hirshberg, Activision Publishing CEO says this announcement:
"Call of Duty XP is going to be the ultimate fan experience for Call of Duty fans. A two day, immersive live event for fans of Call of Duty," Hirshberg told game review site Joystiq. "We think it's going to set a new bar for experiential live fan-based events." The "ultimate fan experience" includes a first look at the multiplayer component of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, a full showing of the Call of Duty Elite online service, a $1 million CoD tournament sponsored by Activision and Xbox 360, and a handful of other big ticket opportunities.
"We are constructing a full-scale replica of one of our multiplayer maps as a paintball stadium for fans," Hirshberg said. "We're reconstructing the legendary level from Modern Warfare 2, The Pit, which fans can actually run." More interested in what you're going to be able to eat at an all-Call of Duty event? "You'll be able to eat at Burger Town from Modern Warfare 2," Hirshberg added, very seriously.
A little more than 6,000 tickets will go on sale on July 19 for $150 each. Last year, more than 25K people attended Activision's BlizzCon.100 percent of the ticket sales will benefit the Call of Duty Endowment, the non-profit organization that Activision founded to help veterans returning home into jobs.
